Position Summary
Qualitel is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support rapid growth by strengthening manufacturing systems, processes, and team effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and electronics manufacturing processes, with a passion for improving product quality, delivery performance, and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities
• Provide adequate tools and equipment to improve manufacturability and support capacity and yield improvement initiatives
• Create manufacturing programs, profiles, work instructions, and tooling to support manufacturing releases and builds
• Create, update, and revise manufacturing procedures
• Interface with cross-functional teams on engineering-related processes and products
• Ensure timely compliance with audit findings
• Provide technical engineering support to operations and manufacturing
• Develop and document process validations for all automated manufacturing processes
• Support process development for non-automated manufacturing processes
• Lead and support engineering special projects as required

• Manufacturing programs, profiles, tooling, and work instructions are effective, user-friendly, and efficient
• Manufacturing processes are thoroughly validated with risks identified and mitigated
• Processes and work instructions consistently produce high-quality yields
• Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities with timely, accurate, and effective execution
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 2–5 years of electronics manufacturing experience
• Lean Manufacturing experience required
• Experience with ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards required
• Experience with ISO 13485 preferred

Compensation and Benefits
• Salary range: $80,000 – $95,000 (DOE)
