Just finished laying a tiny section of Pergo at the base of the staircase (3' x 3') and have majority of new foam underlayment, moisture barrier, and spacers (29 qty) available. Paid over $55 for everything new (spacers $15 at Home Depot; $20 each for foam and barrier on Amazon). Unused portions in excellent new condition.

Take all for $20! You pick up near 132nd and Seattle Hill Road.
