Washington Construction is hiring a Laborer/Helper for residential construction projects in the Greater Puget Sound area (Marysville, Stanwood, Mount Vernon, and surrounding).
Pay: $20-$25/hour depending on experience
What We're Looking For:
• Good attitude and willing to learn
• Reliable - show up on time, every time
• Physically able to lift materials, climb ladders, work outdoors
• Takes direction well
• Wants to grow in the trade
• Reliable transportation
Experience:
• Some construction experience preferred but not required
• We'll train the right person
• Basic tool knowledge is a plus
What You'll Do:
• Assist finish carpenters with material handling
• Job site cleanup and organization
• Staining and painting (we'll train you)
• Material runs as needed
• General labor tasks
