Full Time Janitor/Day Porter Position Available in Lake Forest Park!

Job Position Description:
Sunday - Thursday, 1pm – 10pm, 40hrs+/week
This is a full-time position in which the ideal candidate will be able to integrate into our existing team to fulfill regular scheduled duties, to include, but not limited to the following:
• Janitorial (interior) – sweep, mop, dust, sanitize and vacuum common areas, restrooms and food court area; clean entry door frames and glass; restock paper goods and sanitary goods as necessary in food court as well as bathrooms; empty waste containers and replace liners as necessary; spot clean as necessary.
• Day Porter (exterior) – assigned exterior perimeter of building is to be maintained in accordance with job description, i.e., dust, sweep, police area, removal of trash from trash cans, clean trash cans, replace trash can liners; service food court area, trash/compostable/recycle areas and meeting room.
Job Requirements:
We believe in offering opportunities for growth and learning. Prior experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus. What we require is:
• Flexibility and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• The physical ability to be on your feet for up to 8 hours and the capacity to lift and carry items weighing 25lbs+.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Must speak and read English
