Looking for a reliable, motivated Mobile Auto Detailer to join our team full-time! Drive our van, meet clients, and deliver top-notch auto detailing from Tacoma to Lake Stevens.
π° PAY & COMMISSIONS:
20% commission on standard jobs
30%β40% commission on ceramic coatings & upsells
Job prices: $245 β $499
Average tips: $37.50 per job
1β5 jobs per day, weekly pay
π RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive company van to customer locations
Perform interior & exterior auto detailing (wash, wax, polish, vacuum, shampoo carpets, clean windows)
Apply ceramic coatings and other upsell services
Maintain van, tools, and detailing equipment clean and organized
Manage supplies and notify when inventory is low
Handle payments and tips professionally
Communicate clearly with clients and ensure 100% satisfaction
Report any issues or damage to vehicles immediately
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
β REQUIREMENTS:
Valid driverβs license (required)
Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
Comfortable with physical work
Experience in detailing a plus (we train!)
π VAN OPTIONS:
Take the van home (if preferred)
Pick up the van at the office
