Comments: This Cutter was my dad's, he used it to Tile the basement floor in our family Mercer Island Home,
"BACK IN THE LATE 1960's"
When my Mom and Dad Sold the house and moved into a condo in 1995, he moved all of his tools to my warehouse.
This has been stored sitting in a box on a shelf unused since then.
Now I'm doing some cleanup, so my Grandkids don't have to deal with this stuff.
The overall condition is Great, Does have some very Minor Rust in the steel parts and some Glue residue on the Aluminum Base.
