My 2 and 4 year old have lovingly helped me
raise a collection of hens including:

-all guaranteed fertilized by premium pure bred Black Copper Maran Rooster.
Excellent producers, we’ve had 90%-100% yield clutches 30/30 hatched, 25/25 hatched, even threw in 8 unknowns from a broody hen late into the last batch and 6 hatched. 100% of hatched chicks are still thriving.
Female chicks that hatch from these eggs will yield eggs with a darker shade of the eggs they hatched from which ranged from white, buff and blue to green (see incubator picture). The last picture is an example how the black copper maran gene can affect the egg color.
