Silkie & Cochin cross breeding, the eggs are flavorful and have large volume size yolks to white.
I recently saw store bought large white eggs and was shocked how much white was compared to the yolk that was barely bigger from the ones in my smaller eggs. The yolk is where the rich flavor is, and full of nutrients.
Eggs are gathered each day and promptly refrigerated. $5 each dozen.
When prepped to pack they will be rinsed to clean, refrigerated, will need to be refrigerated at your home.
Each dozen is selected by weight to be the same wt. grams before packing for consistency and fairness.
Place your order how many dozens, and we agree/arrange when you will come to get them.
