Gold Bar Nature Trails Community Club (GBNT). GBNTONE.ORG This is nestled in between the Cascade foothills just outside of Gold Bar near May creek. Some sites include fire pits, decks and sheds with loft, some sites have 30 and 50 amp service, water and septic (water and septic are free). GBNT is a private club consisting of 1200 membership sites. You are buying a membership and whatever one you choose is yours. The members own the 273 acres collectively. You would be 1/1200 owner of 273 acres. A $1000.00 one-time transfer fee is required. Dues are $1782.00 per year, billed quarterly in advance ($445.50). Sites may be used 270 days out of the year and one day out a month. Your RV may stay all year round or take it in and out. GBNT is a gated community with security. So please make an appointment for a guided tour. There are two pools, an adult club house, a youth center, a ball field, playgrounds, sport courts, an archery range and food. Some like to hike or bike or cruise in a golf cart or quad. Loads of things to do. Or sit by your fire and have toasted marshmallows. (Credit and Background Checks are required).
