Hi, my name is Joe. I am offering landscaping maintenance, landscape improvements, junk removal, property cleanup and more. Shoot me a pic of what you have, and I can provide a price (or an ballpark estimate). I serve all of Snohomish county.

I work with home owners, property managers, real estate agents, HOA board members. I have both commercial and residential maintenance accounts - year round or seasonal.

About me: I am 42 years old, LICENSED + BONDED + INSURED, local references and clean background check (can show copy to you of both), have a full size truck, 6x12 dump trailer (10k lb capacity) and many machines (aerator, dethatcher, large mowers, brush cutters, blowers, edgers). Can haul a large amount of bark, sod, gravel, wood chips, branches, broken concrete, and junk.
