Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Cleaner & Household Manager to support our busy, lively household. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, takes pride in their work, and feels comfortable in a home with children and pets. Patience, flexibility, and a good sense of humor are essential.
Responsibilities
• Perform all routine household cleaning (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, common areas)
• Deep cleaning tasks on a rotating basis
• Organizing closets, cabinets, and living spaces
• All household laundry (washing, drying, folding, and putting away)
• Light household management tasks as they arise (e.g., restocking supplies, tidying high-traffic areas)
• Willingness to assist with additional household-related duties as needed to keep the home running smoothly
Required Qualifications
• Previous professional cleaning or housekeeping experience is required
• Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills
• Dependable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently and managing time efficiently
• Enjoys working around children and pets
• Patient and adaptable in a busy, sometimes chaotic home environment
