Snohomish County Developer is seeking qualified candidates for Land Acquisition & Entitlement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Generate land leads through cold calling, MLS, relationships with other land developers, etc.
• Organize, track and follow up on land opportunities
• Perform Title and municipal research
• Work with home building division to determine value
• Analyze the financial aspects of each development opportunity
• Provide all pertinent property information, seller demands, terms, etc. to management
• Prepare and present letters of intent
• Negotiate purchase contracts with sellers
• Coordinate feasibility
• Present feasibility findings to management
• Coordinate / manage consultants
• Procure entitlements with municipalities

• Min. 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Coordinated purchase of min. $25MM of land
• Oversaw acquisition and entitlement of min. 250 lots
Compensation
• Starting salary of $100k+
• Eligible for Profit Share
