Recent work:
Within the last 10-15K miles the struts have been replaced.
within the last 5-10k miles the front wheel barings, brakes, control arms, tie rods, CV axles, and sway bars have been replace. Pretty much anything to do with the front wheels has been replaced.
The passenger side CV axle purchased at autozone was faulty and is going out again and needs to be replaced, This is a $180-220 part if you do it yourself or a $800ish-$1000 job at the mechanic. When driving you can hear the loose cv making a clinking noise I will point that out during a test drive.
see photos for dents and scraps this car has not been in an accident the dent in the front and back bumper occurred during 2 different moments of a friend backing into the car when we live in an apartment with a tight driveway. Both of these moments left cosmetic dents but did no damage at all to vehicle framework or drive ability.
All the work mentioned above was done by myself, I love this car but due to my family size growing we needed to upgrade to a van and sell this car
KBB recommended price is $2,469-4,286 with the private party value being 3,378. With the current condition and cv axle work needing to be redone I am selling for $2600.
This vehicle drives, the CV axle just makes a noise. This would be a perfect car for a mechanic or if you have mechanic friend who can save you some $$$'s on the CV replacement.
