The Standing Liberty Quarter was a 90% silver quarter minted from 1916-1930. Originally when MacNeil submitted his designs, the mint asked for modifications to be made, and the new revisions MacNeil included depicted dolphins to represent the ocean, as well as a militaristic depiction of the Goddess of Liberty in defensive position to represent protection.

Happy to meet at a local City Hall or something similar.
