We installed a new thru hull on our boat a few years ago and this was provided by the manufacturer to stop water from flowing in during the swap out or for emergencies. I don’t recall what brand this is, my apologies. You can’t beat the price! This could be good to have on hand for emergencies! $5. Cash only.
