Most recent survey from Sept 2025 (available) shows a classic boat in excellent condition{similar to Chris craft, also hawl out hull repaint in Sept 25. Boat similar to Chris craft, Century, Monk of the same era} with a market value of $32,800 (at time of survey). Batten seamed mahogany planked top sides with quarter sawn steam bent oak rib hull. Teak wood planked aft deck with custom designed mahogany propane locker. Powered by a single Chevy 225hp 305 V8 and a Velvet Drive reverse reduction gear with a right hand rotation 14” prop/8” pitch. Two 40 gallon gas tanks, Head (no shower), 40gal potable water system, full galley, Hi Fi stereo system, engine and LPG Carver cabin heaters, forward berth for sleepovers. Windlass anchor system, fresh water washdown system, Garmin marine navigation GPS and fish finder, auto pilot with dash and aft controls, inverter with voltage monitoring system, four 6-volt marine batteries (two 12VDC systems), CB & Marine radios, ships compass. All safety gear and life vests for 6. located in tranferable covered slip at Everett Marina, slip fee $607.
