We are an established coffee company looking for our next location. We are seeking a stand to take over and are ready to move quickly for the right spot.
What We Are Looking For:
• Budget: Up to $3,500/month.
• Terms: Long-term lease preferred, but we are flexible for the right opportunity.
• Requirements: Must have the ability to paint and add custom signage to match our branding.
• Layout: We are highly adaptable—one-sided stands or non-plumbed locations are perfectly fine.
Preferred Locations:
We are primarily focused on Snohomish County, including:
• Lake Stevens, Monroe, Snohomish, Everett, Marysville, and Arlington.
• Also open to locations in King or Kitsap counties.
