We tested the system gear pump and it works.
The system filters - rejuvinates Vacuum pump oil, car engine oil, diesel engine oil, and compressor oils, allowing expensive oils like FOMBLIN to be used for many years.
The system has 3 Motor Guard filter units for maximum filtration speed.(vs others that have only one)
Frequent use of the filtration removes particles and acids from the oil and extends engine life. With fixed installations such as vacuum pumps and compressors, the system remains connected for continuous purification.
The unit shown is supplied with many vacuum systems
.It has a Tuthill gear pump that circulates the oil through the filtration cartridges and returns to the vacuum pump or any other usage. The pump motor has ball bearings.
Whether you have a few cars or have a fleet, owners can save a lot of oil replacement costs and disposal issues.
If you use with any mechanical vacuum pump, that pump will outlast you.
You can connect a hose to input and output ports and dip them into the oil filler tube of your car, to rejuvinate your car oil overnight..Or you can connect a permanent hose to the oil drain plug of the car and make this a permanent oil port under the hood. Periodically connect the input of the filtration system to this port, and its output to the fill tube. This will be even more efficient filtration and also great convenience by reducing oil change frequency and make eventual changes easier.
In a more advanced strategy of engine protection it can be mounted as a permanent attachment to any engine, vacuum pump or compressor.
The unit has a track record of reliable operation and long life.
We used it with our vacuum pumps. This may be the only reason why we never had a pump failure.
