I have 30 or so of these all with working bulbs
All are in used condition, have some minor rust on screws and some dirt, a good cleanup would make them look newer. All have cages and all work.
These lights are great construction temporary light. It has a low power draw, is super bright and is quick to light. Really beats a double 500watt halogen.
Very bright, works great in large room on construction site
