This is a 1940s solid oak American antique ice box chest/cooler . It has brass hinges and handle with a heavy lift up lid ,
Its lined with insulated metal and has a drain hole opening at the bottom to drain off melted ice and water, it also has the original wood casters/wheels. Its fully functional as a ice box chest or cooler but would make a Beautiful unique vintage piece of furniture with inside storage.
