Unique 1920's Brass Pastry Dough Cutter. Also used for Norwegian Fattigmann (poor man's cookies) to cut the slit for tying the dough knot. Also used when making Polish Angel Wings called Chrusciki. The tool is 6 3/4" long and 1 5/8" on one end. The wheel is 1 1/2" in diameter.
