Where: Bothell neighborhood in, Washington
When: July 15-Sept 15 (possibility to extend). Start date is slightly flexibility by a couple days and possibility to extend another week or two.
How much: $75/per day including all utilities (internet, water, garbage, electricity)
Who: Prioritizing folks who want to to rent it for the entire time 7/3-9/15, but also open to partial time
About Me: I’m a late-thirties professional with a remote job, and I’ll be traveling between June 10 -Sept 15 2026 so my entire three bedroom home (private-no roommates and no pets of my own) will be available to temporarily rent. I'm the owner of the house and I live here full time, but I will put a lot of my things in storage so you have more room. The house will not be fully furnished and you may use my belongings for your comfort.
My house is the best of both worlds. It is in the heart of urban Seattle, but it is also tucked away on a quiet street on a HUGE lot giving Seattle-esque urban farm vibes. My home is walking/biking distance to essentials (grocery store, take-out/restaurants, Walgreens, UPS, bank, Mike’s burgers), lots of parks and public transit.
Kitchen: Fully equipped and stocked with cooking appliances (dishwasher, stove, fridge, dutch oven, Vitamix, Instapot, immersion blender, etc). Fridge,dishwasher, and washer/dryer will be upgraded and brand new as of mid-June!
Living/Dining room: Plenty of comfy seating
Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms, one with full sized Leesa mattress, the other with a new Queen Keetsa mattress foam/blend mattress. One bedroom has a sit/stand desk and double monitors.
Bathroom: Clawfoot bathtub, bidet, shower, brand new toilet
Outdoors: Huge wrap around front porch and back deck. There are a lot of plants and berries on the property which you are welcome to during your stay. There will be people coming by to help water and maintain the lawn. If you are able to water that would be appreciated if you could help ~1x/week.
Generally prefer no pets because the house has original hard wood floors and want to avoid any accidents.
