We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual with accounting experience and a desire to grow into a leadership role within our accounting department. The primary focus in the first year will be to learn, perform and improve our accounting processes; learn our company’s systems and tools for process improvement; and grow leadership skills. After mastering our processes and principles, this individual will move towards a lead position whose focus will be balancing and prioritizing the department’s workload; growing team member’s skills; capturing, organizing, sustaining and improving department procedures; as well as supporting accounting functions as needed.
Qualified applicants have:
3-5 years of accounting experience including:
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Managing bank and credit card accounts
Preparing federal and state tax reports
Recording financial transactions
Reconciling general ledger accounts
Preparing financial statements
The desire to serve others and lead with humility.
The desire to make a positive impact within the organization.
Strong Excel skills.
Benefits package includes:
Starting wage for this position is $22.00-$25.00 depending on experience.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
Under 12 months: 1 hour PTO for every 40 worked
After 1 Year: 70 hours PTO
After 3 Years: 110 hours PTO
After 5 Years: 120 hours + 30 hours paid Holiday during Christmas week
Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas are paid for 10 hours after 3 months of employment
