We are a high-volume landscape construction company seeking to expand our office personnel. We've been in the business for over 20 years, currently employ around 175 employees, offer employment security, paid vacation for office personnel, and health benefits! We are currently looking for an experienced Accounting Administrator to join our team. Full time positions ranging between $20-$40 per hour depending on skills and experience. Our office is located on a 45-acre nursery near Granite Falls/Lake Stevens.

Accounting Administrator

Job Responsibilities:
• Managing the day-to-day tasks of the accounting department.
• Accounts payable
o Enter all payables into QuickBooks, matching receipts from vendors and employees
o Reconcile month-end statements for all vendors and make sure payments are made in a timely manner.
• Accounts receivable
o Enter all receivables into QuickBooks ensuring postings match the remittance.
o Enter ACH remittances into QuickBooks and facilitate the deposit.
o Managing aging report and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Manage all transactions from bank statements and credit cards ensuring they are posted to proper accounts.
• Obtain and organize necessary business-related documentation such as W9s, Reseller Permits, Credit References.
• Manage fleet vehicles/tags, gas cards, Good-to-Go passes, new hire packets, weekly time sheets and safety sheets.
• Work with Maintenance Manager to facilitate monthly maintenance invoicing.
• Administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documents.

Preferred Experience/Skill set:
• Attention to detail.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Experience with QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations.
• Experience in Microsoft Office programs (Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Previous construction experience
