I need approximately 10/12 x 20 ft. Of enclosed space for a 1986 Ford Bronco.
120 volt power for lights. No heavy mechanical work or repairs will be done in the space.
No loud noise tools or equipment will be operated.
Bronco will be fresh out of paint and in running condition.
Need access a few days a week from around 8 am to 6 pm?
Need to finish trim, install new bumpers and possibly due some interior work.
I’m am a HVAC contractor and my shop has gotten to busy to work on my personal projects.
Willing to trade heat and a/c work for rent.
Possibly install a ductless heat pump in garage for? I might need 3/4 months to complete the Bronco.
Flexible on terms or rent.
