12’ Professional Whitewater River / Fishing Raft - $850 (Federal Way)

While this raft offered is a bit older, it has been very well cared for, and for the past number of years it has simply been in storage. They don’t even make these anymore, but what they do make is a lot less quality and/or a whole lot more money, like thousands of dollars more.
This is a non-self bailing raft. But this boat is a ton of fun as a river raft, and at only 12’ long it is great for a paddle crew of 6. I have run it at fairly high water on the Wenatchee (and other rivers too), and as long as you are willing to bail, it is a blast. This could make a great fishing raft too. While a bit heavier (due to the thickness of the material it is made of), it is very durable and will provide longevity. It weighs roughly around 100 lbs., clearly more than the cheap ones coming out of China. But again it is way better material and will hold up to abrasions against rocks, or what have you.
This raft features:
-4 main air chambers, and 2 detachable thwarts
-6 military style valves, one recently replaced
-“Wrap-up” floor – the heavier duty floor fabric extends up over the bottom of the main tubes for more protection from punctures
-Lots of D-rings, more than than they give you on any raft these days
-Side “strike” stripe all the way around the raft (the red material) – extra material to protect the raft if you bump on something
There is a couple of patches on the floor, but they are done well and appear to be holding as they should. Refer to photos. No patches on main tubes.
This is an awesome raft! Yes it is older, but also better built. Well cared for, they do last.
