I am 34 my partner is 43. I work full time at a rehabilitation center and my partner is a former marble mason now handyman. We are looking for a private room and private bathroom .Would love something with a separate entrance for our small well behaved pup. As your renters we have a lot to offer, could also do trade out for any upgrades handyman work needed and I also love to cook and clean, mostly we keep to ourselves work and come home,
