I appreciate your time in reading my cover letter and resume.

If there is a job opportunity for a Sales/Management/Customer Service Representative, then it's well suited to my skills, experience and desire to work within an established growing company. I'm seeking a position with growth potential, while looking to exploit my sales, communication and customer service skills. With many years of business experience, I am looking to start an interesting new endeavor with a solid corporation. I'm sure my salary requirements, are within your company guidelines.

I've taken the last three years off, as I have dealt with the accidental death of my brother on a motorcycle and my mother also being involved in a serious car accident. My brother's family and mother are now stable and I'm ready to restart my career once again. I remodeled a rental house during this time period.

Attached is a resume that summarizes my experience and highlights a few of my accomplishments. I hold a B.A. in Public Relations and have consistently built a successful track record.

I sold advertising for Catholic Printery, which prints over 250 Catholic parish bulletins weekly in several states. Through cold calling, contacting previous advertisers and incoming calls, I sold yearly contracts to advertise on one or more local Catholic parish bulletins. I helped design the ads and collected monies owed from advertisers. I worked twice for them over a four year period.

I worked with Klahanie Fitness on and off for over 12 years. My duties included client tours/sales, accounting, front desk reception and general maintenance of facility/equipment. I joined Klahanie Fitness, because my best friend started this business and I wanted to help him build a solid organization. Klahanie Fitness lost its lease and went out of business in February, 2015.

With the Seattle Seahawks, I sold season, group and individual tickets to all home games. I aggressively solicited businesses over the phone (averaging 75-100 phone calls per day), mailed flyers-brochures that I designed and took incoming calls. I also worked home games at the Kingdome, as crowd security for the Seahawks.

For six years, I owned and operated Alki Travel Services. Starting as a new business, sales grew to 1.5 million dollars annually. This was accomplished with outside sales calls to corporate accounts, strong inside leisure sales and customer first attitudes that I expected from my staff.

While at American Express Business Travel, my primary responsibility was to oversee the training of all reservation agents assigned to the Boeing account. I took several company training courses, along with Delta and United Airlines sponsored "Train the Trainer" programs.

I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss more specifically how I might apply my skills to meet your organization's needs. I pride myself on excellent oral and written communication skills, along with being extremely proactive and a proven self-starter.

I will give you my personal information when you respond to my post.....Thanks!
