Experience includes design development and construction/building permit documents for large High-end Custom Homes, Multi-Family, ADU/DADU, Light Commercial, Food Service Facilities and some Industrial/Plant Design.
State, County, Municipal Code and Project Feasibility Research. Coordination of consultant documents for submittal to building/planning departments and project management throughout the entire building permit and construction process.
Software skills include professional level experience working with Revit, AutoCAD Architecture, Vectorworks, Navisworks with Twinmotion and Enscape rendering.
