Burien Auto Dealership looking for a full-time receptionist to join our team!
-Provides receptionist, administrative and accounting support
-Operates multi-line phone system.
-Welcomes visitors, vendors and personnel
-Process dealer trade paperwork
-Perform various clerical duties
-Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed and the ability to multi-task in an office environment, as well as have the ability to effectively communicate with customers and company personnel.
-Previous receptionist experience a must
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Thorough knowledge of administrative practices and procedures
-Strong multi-tasking abilities a must
-Must have working knowledge of PCs, word processing, and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Office and Outlook experience a must)
-Detail oriented and able to meet last minute deadlines and challenges
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, changing environment
-Excellent customer service skills
-Professional appearance, outgoing personality
M-F 11:30am - 8:00pm
