purchased in 2024.
Never gigged, lightly used, never even left the house.
Was purchased for $400 as a blem, from Sweetwater.
Plays exceptionally well, B string rattles nicely but does not buzz. Zero dead frets. Smooth fretboard edges. Deep growly full bodied mid-range, exactly like a classic vintage 2 band stingray.
to say it was well cared for is an understatement. It still has its original HI-Watt battery, and the battery still has a charge.
It has two small dents on the back, as seen in the pictures as we indicated by Sweetwater.
It has a scuff on the back bottom side of the headstock from a wall hanger. That should rub out.
this is an exceptionally choice example, other than the small dents everything about this bass is top notch.
I would've done anything for an instrument of this quality and caliber when I was a kid, alas I am an adult now, I have way too many instruments and this one is the one that I think most deserves to find someone who will treasure it.
