This is new, replacement weatherstripping for several Milgard French Door models. It fits my Milgard Ultra French Rail Outswing Door #3623. Likely, it also would fit other Milgard door designs. Each piece is $5 and I have about ten (10) full-lengths. This sells for $39.99 per piece online at a door supplier so this is a really good price.
