As an Insulation Installer, you’ll work in attics and crawl spaces removing contaminated insulation and debris, then installing new high-performance insulation to improve energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and home comfort. No experience required — we provide full paid training on tool usage, safety, and professional installation techniques.
What You’ll Do
- Remove old insulation, debris, and contaminants from attics & crawl spaces
- Install new insulation and vapor barriers
- Use professional tools and safety equipment
- Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently and safely

- Strong physical stamina (comfortable working in tight spaces, lifting materials, climbing ladders)
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
