Maverick Gaming has an immediate opening for an experienced HR Administrator in their Corporate Office in Renton. Maverick Gaming is the owner/operator of 19 table games card room casinos in the Seattle & Tri-Cities area. This position provides administrative support to the HR Director for all personnel matters. Responsible for the input of employee changes in the HRIS system with a high degree of accuracy, benefits administration and all other HR duties. Promotes and provides positive customer service, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accurately process new hires and employee changes into the HRIS system with a high degree of accuracy, working with payroll to coordinate timing of changes within the payroll cycle. Responsible for handling unemployment claims, verification of employment, employee badges, and HR filing. Must have working knowledge of benefits administration, open enrollment and assisting with billing and day to day administration. Administers and tracks FMLA leaves and coordinate paperwork. Assist department in implementing and carrying out various HR programs and procedures for all company employees. Establish and maintain good working relationships through effective communication and excellent customer service to promote positive customer relations with employees, other agencies, the corporate office and vendors.
Must have 2 to 3 years experience in HR / Benefits department. Experience working with HRIS systems, Paylocity strongly preferred. Must be highly organized and able to multi-task.
