Hello, I am seeking a 1 bedroom home in King County on March 1st. I am an ideal tenant. I’m older, quiet, clean, and respectful. I pay my rent and utilities on time and have a perfect rental history and zero criminal history. I have 1 older cat. I have a sect 8 voucher and a stable income. My only issue is that as a result of identity theft last year, my credit is not good. I am willing to pay a higher deposit amount due to my bad credit. My current apartment has roaches and I am allergic and have asthma so I need out. My lease ends on January 31st. I have never brought my belongings here due to discovering the roaches before I even had a chance to bring my belongings. I have everything in storage and only an air mattress and 1 bag of clothes here. I am throwing it all away when I leave, so no worries about me bringing anything with me. I need a real home that doesn’t make me sick that I can have belongings in and feel comfortable. I need a home with zero roach issues. I’ve been looking all over, but most complexes have roaches (according to reviews). Please if anyone owns a place or knows of a place that is roach free and wants a great tenant, please reach out. I am open to all cities in King County (except Seattle and Renton as they have their own housing authorities). I am open to all types of housing, including duplexes, apartments, MIL units, houses, multiplexes. I just want a healthy home. I don’t smoke or drink or party whatsoever. I’m partly disabled and live a quiet lifestyle. I rented from the same landlord for over 2 decades until he passed. I am reliable and a good neighbor too. My cat is older, fixed, and has never scratched anything but her cat scratchers and has never sprayed. Thank you for reading this post. Please help a disabled widow find a healthy home.
