We do not sell retail meat by the cut. Instead, we sell shares of our live cattle (quarters, halves, or wholes). You become an owner of the animal, and we coordinate the custom processing for your household’s private use.

Our cattle are strictly grass-fed and grass-finished. They never see a feedlot. We raise all of our own forage—cutting, baling, and putting up our own hay and silage right here in Enumclaw.

💲 THE "TRANSPARENT $9" GUARANTEE
Most beef ads quote a "hanging weight" price (like $4.25–$6.00/lb). By the time you add butcher fees, slaughter fees, and account for the weight lost during trimming, you usually end up paying $10–$13 per pound for the meat in your freezer.
We keep it simple:
We guarantee that your total final cost—including the animal share price, the slaughter fee, and all butcher fees—will never exceed $9.00 per pound of actual take-home meat.*
If the math works out higher than $9/lb, we issue you a refund for the difference. You get premium grass-fed beef for a guaranteed, honest price.
*Guarantee is based on a standard "Bone-In" cutting order. Choosing a "Boneless" or "Closely Trimmed" order reduces your take-home weight and will adjust the guarantee accordingly.
📊 HOW WE PRICE YOUR SHARE (LIVE-WEIGHT LADDER)
We use a live-weight ladder to set the price for your share of the animal. This ensures you pay a fair price based on the actual size of the steer.
Reserve: Place a $100 non-refundable deposit per quarter to reserve your share.
Processing: We arrange the kill truck and haul the animal to a local custom butcher.
Custom Cut: You contact the butcher directly to give your "cut order" (how thick you want your steaks, etc.).
Packaging: Your meat is professionally double-wrapped in plastic and heavy-duty butcher paper for maximum freezer protection.
Payment: We accept Cash, Check, Zelle, or Venmo. (Square/Credit Card available with a small fee).
Pickup: You pick up your frozen meat directly from the butcher. (We can occasionally pick up and hold at our farm in Enumclaw for one day max).
