I have niches and crypts for cremations/burials available for individuals or families. They are in a marble mausoleum in a local Renton cemetery ( the legendary Greenwood Memorial Park ) and the grounds are well kept. They are across the Park from the shrine of what most people consider to be the greatest guitar player of all time, Jimi Hendrix.
They all have at least 2 interment rights and some have 3.
Double interment niches are $4400. Buy more for a discount. You will not find a better purchase.
Transactions will take place at the cemetery. After transaction, buyer will be issued a quit claim deed by the cemetery management for their niche/crypt interment rights.

The cemetery charges $495 dollars for a deed change/issue. That cost will cover 1 or several deed changes if purchased at the same time. The cemetery also charges for opening and closing during interment along with inscriptions.
