Duties

Utilize POS systems such as Dinerware POS and Clover POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
Supervise kitchen activities, including food production, catering services, and banquet events.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and staff meetings to foster teamwork.
Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction.
Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards.
Manage customer service excellence by addressing guest feedback promptly and professionally.
Oversee shift management duties to ensure operational efficiency during busy periods.
Implement training programs focused on food handling, safety procedures, and hospitality best practices.
Skills
Proven management experience within the food service industry, especially in quick service or casual dining environments.
Expertise with POS systems such as Dinerware POS and Clover POS ; proficient in cash handling procedures.
Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising teams in hospitality or restaurant settings.
Ability to manage inventory control effectively while maintaining quality standards.
Solid understanding of food safety management practices and regulatory compliance.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
Experience in budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and operational planning.
Skilled in staff training & development as well as interviewing potential team members.
Familiarity with catering services, banquet operations, bar management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
