Maverick Gaming has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Coordinator for a multi-entity accounting operation at their Corporate Office in Renton.

Responsibilities to include: Review submitted invoices & coding sheets for errors, sales tax assessment & special handling. Process & enter A/P invoices weekly and as needed check runs. Resolve issues & discrepancies with vendors & internal team members. Input journal entries into Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central accounting software. This position is also responsible for answering phones, sending and distributing mail, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualified candidate must have strong computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel, good problem solving skills and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and a desire to learn. Must be very organized and have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Must have 2 - 3 years accounts payable experience and experience using Microsoft Business Central (Microsoft Dynamics), account software required.
