This is a couch we purchased in 2016. My husband works at home sitting on it so there is some compression of one of the seating cushions, though I would say there is still decent support. We are a no-shoes house but we do have a dog that freely goes in and out. I believe my husband has spilled his coffee on this couch a couple times. The arm rests are a bit used-looking with stains and wear. The frame is in solid condition. Some of the cushions have mild stains that will likely come out if washed. One of the legs has broken off but a handy person can probably fix it - specifically, the screw that is built into it has become loose and worn through the wood. I will need help carrying it out of the garage and I will not be able to deliver it. The chaise is separate and measures 23" x 37" (couldn't include it in the dimensions).
