We need a journalist to interview officials about the opioid epidemic. The job pays $100 an interview. A typical interview is 120 - 300 words. Here is the process for this job.

1. Must be able to write in a professional journalistic style
2. Must be able to use a phone or email to find the correct person for the interview. Understand how to contact media relations professionals.
3. Must be able to meet for 1 hr early in the morning three times a week in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle.

Professional journalists and student journalists are encouraged to apply.


Step 1: Pass this test

You are a reporter working for a newspaper. Please pretend like you are interviewing this police commissioner. He is telling you about the opioid crisis. Turn this interview into a small article.


Step 2: We will give you a single territory and a list of 10 contacts

Pay: $100 for a single completed and verified article

We will give you a territory (not local). You must be able to set up the interview and complete the interview with a university official, politician, or police spokesperson. This is the same job you will be doing on a national level.


Step 3: We will give you a state and a list of contacts. You must be able to produce a minimum of 5 articles per week. You can produce as many articles as you want. You must be able to produce a minimum of 5 articles per state.

Pay: $100 per article (5 articles delivered weekly, all articles are verified by a second source)
