compensation: Negotiable and competitive
employment type: full-time
telecommuting okay

We are looking for both fulltime and freelance writers (FT preferred) with IT industry knowledge to ghostwrite articles for a large company that provides B2B IT solutions ranging from, but not limited to: consulting, staffing, custom software, database administration, and database maintenance. We want to discuss the problems involved and the solutions available for large corporations that don't have the people, the expertise, or the resources to solve their IT project management solutions. We will be targeting IT Project Managers and Executives at large, multi-national corporations across North America.

We are seeking a motivated, passionate, enthusiastic ghostwriter to craft blog articles ranging loosely from 750-900 words, that are valuable and informative to our target audience. Our audience for this client is people at large companies across North America who might be having challenges with their IT projects and need quick, scalable, cost-effective solutions.

Potential article title: ""The Definitive 2017 Guide To Web Accessibility Standards ForFinancial Services Firms."

IDEAL REQUIREMENTS:

• You have an in-depth working knowledge of the IT Industry, including, but not limited to: IT Project Management/IT Strategy, and some of the more detailed complexities of IT such as software programming and coding (such as J2EE, .Net, C++, HTML5, Ruby on Rails, ABAP, and Pega). While it would be helpful that you actually know some or all of these languages, it is only imperative that you can speak to them and about them on a highly technical level that would make sense to integrate into thought leadership pieces about the IT industry and IT Project Management, and that is specific and technical enough to be on the level of an IT Exec or IT Project Manager. Some articles might require more specifics on these though, so it is important.

• You should know and be familiar with technical terms and business language surrounding large, scalable IT Projects and the IT Industry in general. Have an idea of the technical complexities involved in large IT Projects and have specific, technical knowledge of the IT industry that will resonate with specialists in the field.

• You should understand what types of challenges that large corporations have surrounding IT and the common types of stumbling blocks that they might run into and what types of solutions they would be looking for and need. Important to "get into the mindset" or understand what their customers would be looking for.

• You should be familiar with database terms and industry knowledge of common databases, servers, and database servers such as Oracle, SQL server, Teradata, Sybase, SAP, Basis, Oracle Apps DBA, and PeopleSoft DBA.

IF INTERESTED:

If you feel you are qualified for this position please send your resume and cover letter along with relevant writing samples with "Writer for IT Industry" in the title.

Pay is negotiable and competitive.
