Have no intention of ever making it run. I have to be able to license it. 250 or smaller would be best. $125 delivered to my driveway, I just have a small car. Bad motor, no brakes , bent frame, as long as it can be licensed. I don't even care about the color, I'm not going to sit on it but it should have a seat. Almost forgot, has to be able to stand on its own. Not functional or pretty but license is necessary. I can put a 50cc moped or bike in my small suv, $75 if I pick up. Tires can be bald as long as they hold air.
