- 2 separate King bedrooms each with its own private bath,1 foldout couch, 2 twin beds in the third bedroom that can be combined to make another king. Ask at the front desk several days before checking in and the cleaning crew will do it.
- Kitchen with all appliances, dishwasher, fully stocked dishes, and cooking utensils.

- Cable with lots of channels, HBO, DVD and new TV's
- Really great free WiFi signal
- Private Patio with BBQ, table and 4 chairs, that overlooks lake views. Being a lower unit is even handier with no stairs so you can walk right out the patio to the lawn, pool, lake, etc.
- The indoor pool/hot tub is a short walk and next to the central Main Lodge bldg.
- Short walking to the beach, town of Manson, various wineries and restaurants, central lodge, tennis courts, exercise room and indoor and outdoor pool.
