Vintage Aladdin trailer-Matterhorn Mining Edition - $3,000 (Seattle)

This trailer was specially made for a Matterhorn Mining on site living. Built in the 1960s, it's long, 16ft.
Most of the inside was replaced in 2021. Most of it was reframed. 2021 installation.
Kitchen: oven/stove, hot water heater, and mini fridge. Kitchen counters and cabinets. Updated propane lines, plumbing, and electrical system.
Dining area:
Seating in "dining" area, salvage installed pew. Lots of charm (and work).
Floor:
Interior bamboo floor throughout.
Bathroom:
Exterior shower, hooked up to hot water heater. Must hook up to water. No water pump system. Space for compostable toilet.*toilet not included.
Roof:
Batched but needs work. That's where the leak was. Roof fan.
Windows:
In pretty exception shape. Not leaking.
Sleep quarters:
Has a spot for a twin mattress (current mattress in waterproof casing and must be taken with trailer, used for 8 months); bunk above the twin with space for a single.
