Bought this trailer and rebuilt it. All new wood inside. The walls have 5/8, the floor has 3/4 treated wood. The bottom frame was sanded and coated to protect it. All new lights out side. Comes with a new spare tire. No leaks. 6’ wide 10’ long and 6’ tall.
