We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Lead to oversee our
projects from start to finish. Remodels and Roofing projects. With a strong background in construction, the ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing needs, overseeing the process, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires the ability to perform a broad range of light remodeling tasks, run multiple jobs at once if needed, and develop creative solutions to unique problems.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a strong and thorough understanding of the industry and home systems, at least 5 years of experience in residential remodeling, 8 years in the trades, the ability to instruct others, the ability to work independently and make decisions, a valid license and basic administrative, computer, and arithmetic skills. Necessary power and hand tools to perform basic work. Clean and sober.
Requirements: Additional requirements include a lively, fun, outgoing demeanor with salesmanship skills is a plus but not required.
Benefits: Benefits include paid 2 week vacation up to a $1,000 after six months, paid holidays Thanksgiving and Christmas $300 for each day after 6 months, a 401k company match up to $300 a month and $50 stipend towards you cell phone bill.
Pay will be by piece work or hourly that will guarantee you $60k+ a year if you put in the work. We see you working with us, not for us.
