Guide Property Services is currently seeking Maintenance Techs!
We are looking to fill 2-3 positions currently as a maintenance technician as we continue to grow throughout the greater Seattle area.
We Offer year around work with competitive pay + mileage and bonuses! A fast-paced, friendly work environment with plenty of potential to grow! Work Mon-Fri and have the weekends off, but OT is possible...
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license and insurance. Must have a reliable source of transportation and be able to work in the USA.
Must have a collection of general tools for maintenance, and a general knowledge of minor plumbing, minor electrical, and drywall repairs.
Must have a general knowledge of modern technology and how to use an iPhone (some training provided).
Must be able to take part in the Emergency phone rotation at least once a year(2-week rotation)
Must be able to pass a full background check.
