Tamarack Landscape Builder’s is a high-end residential landscape construction firm based out of
Lake Forest Park, WA. We work with general contractors and private clients on residential
landscape construction projects throughout the greater Seattle area. We’re hiring for a high
functioning Foreman and Laborer.
Foremean Responsibilities
Manage on site landscape construction projects ranging in size and budget. Some projects run a few business days, others are multi-week, multi-month projects in size and scope. Ensure the efficient and high-quality execution of landscaping projects,
including managing a crew of 2-4 persons, reading landscape plans, ordering supplies, and
quality control of all installation elements on a daily basis. This role is a site based, leadership
role (90% of your time). This role does require landscape work yourself, as well as to oversee landscape
crews out on site. We have a team of experienced landscape foreman and laborers whom you
will actively collaborate with on project details, scheduling and staffing, hours/payroll, and day
to day operations.
Laborer Responsibilities
Work as a team member to successfully complete different jobs on our projects. Tasks will include responsibilities like planting, digging, moving materials around job sites, maintenance, and learning basic construction skills. There will be a lot of opportunity for learning new skills, as our team is very experienced and loves to teach!
