Full-Time Housekeeper – Private Family Residence
A private family is seeking an experienced, full-time Housekeeper to maintain a large residence to the highest standard. Family is seeking an individual not a team. This is a 40-hour-per-week, long-term position for a dedicated professional who takes pride in their work and values consistency, discretion, and organization.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hardworking, and able to manage the cleaning and upkeep of a sizable home independently. You will be responsible for maintaining a structured, rotating cleaning schedule to ensure the entire property is thoroughly cleaned on a weekly basis.
Strong English communication skills are essential, including clear and responsive texting. The family is often in residence, so the ability to work around varying schedules while maintaining privacy and professionalism is key.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in high-level residential housekeeping
Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written/text)
Professional demeanor with respect for privacy and discretion
Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic household environment
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual salary of $72,500
Full benefits package, including 401(k) and paid vacation
Stable, employee-based position (not contract)
